RETURNS POLICY:

No Returns or Exchanges:

  • “SPECIAL/CUSTOM ORDERS” cannot be CANCELLED OR RETURNED. Our website are classified as "special order items" in which we do not normally carry or stock these products – they are specially ordered for you and shipped directly from the manufacturer. 
  • SALE/Clearance items are items that are FINAL SALE & sold AS IS. These items are not eligible to be returned for a refund. Clearance items are subject to limited stock availability & are only offered while supplies last.
  • No returns will be accepted without Shop4Sinks prior written AUTHORIZATION. Items MUST BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION and NOT INSTALLED. Returns can ONLY be accepted within 14 DAYS from date of SALES ORDER APPROVAL. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Damaged or Incorrected Shipped: 

Shop4Sinks will replace all damaged or incorrectly shipped product within 3 days of delivery. Please inspect the sink/faucet within this timeline and report any damage or shipping error to sales@cityhomegranitedepot.com. For any damaged sink/faucet incident, pictures must be taken of the damage and sent to sales@cityhomegranitedepot.com in order for a determination to be made by Shop4Sinks to replace and arrange the return of the damaged product to Shop4Sinks. Products that are damaged or shipped incorrectly will be replaced upon reporting and receiving pictures, as long as the specified time frame of 3 days is met and the cost to return the product and for any replacement shipment covers by us. 

Defective Returns:

Please inspect your product upon pick up or arrival. If the product you have received is defective or incorrect, please take pictures and email us right away. If the product is defective, we covers the cost to return the product and for any replacement shipment 

Return Shipping:

If an item you received is not defective. SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEES WILL APPLY. There is a 25% re-stocking fee apply to all returning goods. You are responsible for return shipping fee and paying customs duty if apply. 

Refund:

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 TO 2 weeks

** PLEASE NOTE: if the faucet/sink has been installed, we will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects, after the product has been installed or altered.
